Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Bellflower

So let me start by saying they wouldn't deliver to me when I'm just a mile away so they tell me I "have" to order through door dash. This was strike #1. Then I order through door dash as told and I had ordered bbq wings with sauce on the side also salad with 1000 island. I paid 2.00 for extra 1000 and got 2 containers that were barely filled half way. Also the wings were so dry they could have flown away on their own. Strike #2 Then I call the location because I have just got through paying almost 80$ for a pizza, a salad, and some wings. To have all these things skimped on, not good. I want what I pay my hard earned money for. Anyhow, I get this young girl on the phone who starts to fight with me saying she made the wings and there WAS bbq sauce on there. I said what do I need to do to prove that wasn't case? She said well there was and also your order didn't say extra sauce when I KNOW I clicked it. So she's going back and forth arguing with me when I ask for a manager. She said hold on (rudely) and comes back on saying he is busy right now. I said trust me, whatever he is doing this is more important. she hangs up on me Strike #3 So I call back and she answers as another company (NOT ROUNDTABLE) Playing games. So I said I don't know who you are but this is unacceptable and put a manager on the phone now before I come down there and trust you don't want that. So she puts him on the phone and I can't even understand him. . He tells me next time you come I will put extra on for you. I said NO there will be no next time and I'm not spending another penny at this location with this kind of service and games. After I just spent all this money to be treated like this???? No thanks. So I drive my car down there and am greeted by Mike . I throw the chicken down and tell him does this look like bbq wings to you? They don't have a speck of sauce on them. He replies by shaking his head no. So tells the girl to remake the order and she brings it out and gives me a dirty look so I start yelling do you have something to say with your rude a$$? She says nothing but just gave me a dirty look and walks back. I wanted to literally rip her across the counter top right there. I tell Mike she needs to be fired playing games and hanging up on paying customers. That we work too hard for our money to be treated this way and now I had to waste gas going all the way back . Trust and believe corporate is my first call tomorrow!!! 🤬🤬🤬 This place was a ghost town on a Sunday night...

We had pizza and wings here for dine in. I'd rate the pizza on a higher tier, it was delicious, the wings are good. The pizza is on the pricier side, an extra large specialty ran about $40 but it was great. What really stood out was the service and hospitality. I didn't catch his name but the manager(?) did a fantastic job with suggestions and service. He noticed we were having a bit of a hard time settling our toddler down and went out of his way to ensure our dining experience was a good one. This will be our new go to for dine in pizza from now on! As others have also mentioned, the place is kept up and very very clean. It's not untypical for us to feel the need to wipe down high chairs or booster seats for our baby...

Ordered a supreme pizza for deliver. Pizza was alright. However why don't they bring condiments there was no cheese no sauces for the hot wings if I'm paying this amount which is to much for a pizza I deserve the condiments. So if ordering a pizza bring the condiments are is that extra and are they doing this because of locations they delivered it to. You have burned me twice with these lousy pizza. Don't order on line because you want get everything you're suppose to have LOUSY PIZZA PLACE. I SURE WANT GET PUZZA FROM THERE FOR TOMORROW GAME AND WE WHERE HAVIBG A BIG PARTY.
