WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Bellflower

Went in for a quick lunch and was mildly disappointed to have waited 15-20min for dry overyly cooked chicken that tasted as if had been previously cooked, set aside and re-heated. I would not purchase again from this particular establishment for this is the 3rd time this has happend. Perhaps that is their method of service, but I find it unreasonable. Other establishments serve freshly grilled chicken and freshly cooked sides and so can they. I will say that the dumplings & tofu were by far my favorite and would actually recommend because they tasted as if they were cooked to order, not sitting around. I typically love this place but, I came here a while ago and asked for my usual order which I gladly received. My food was pretty cold and wasn't fresh at all. I believe that the food is made at least a day before it is reheated and sold. The employees weren't friendly at all, couldn't even keep eye contact, and kept shouting to others in the back of the restaurant about "passing out drunk last night." Definitely wont come back here any time soon. Very irresponsible, loud, boisterous, horrible customer service. I couldn't even eat in piece.
