Poor customer service, the person taking my order did not understand me after four times so i politely asked for someone else to take my order, whatever woman that was working with her in the background in a very aggressive manner told her "no we don't do that,if she doesn't like it she can leave" I wasn't rude I was simply asking for someone that could understand me better so I could get my tired and complaining toddler home(whom is very upset she didn't get her specialty donut). Not only did this happen, but she was also quick to run out of the store and after my vehicle in a very confrontational manner on the phone with whomever screaming :" yeah that one!" I hate to do this, especially because the employees earlier in the day have been great,... but at night, I think the sped bus drops them off. No acknowledgement of customers at first, second, third,... tenth glance, they just completely ignore you at the counter, even though you've made eye contact multiple times. They legit just continue what they're doing until enough time has passed that it can't get anymore awkward. Very aggregating. And I understand they're young, and they really don't want to be there, but Good Lord, just say "I'll be with you shortly" or something. I guess they were never taught decent manners. I can go on, but I'll end with them not making the drinks...

I just left. 20 minute wait I ordered a LARGE ICED CHAI And a GLAZED STICK and they said they don't carry GLAZED STICKS anymore so I asked what they have and they mentioned maple frosted I said I'll take that. Then waited 15 more minutes to get to the window. Then THE GUY SAID WE DONT HAVE ANY MAPLE FROSTED SO INCE AGAIN I SAID "WHAT DO YOU HAVE NOW IM LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT. HE SAID VANILLA FROSTED, I SAID OK AND THEY HANDED ME A SMALL ICED CHAI. I SAID I ORDERED A LARGE.
