This is the classy neighborhood hangout for beer enthusiasts with well over 30 drinks on tap and hundreds (I'm NOT exaggerating) of single bottles to drink there or take home. However, being classified as a restaurant, children are more then welcome and will enjoy their wide selection of candy. You will find very rare beers and ciders here. They also carry kombucha, and wine. I rarely ever drink, and avoid the bar scene like the pledge, but I am very impressed. Read moreLet me start by saying E-Station has great breadth in their selection of bottled/canned beers and cider. Usually it's my goto neighborhood place to do some work and grad a brew.
Beware, however, the can/bottle prices aren't as advertised anymore. Tack on an extra dollar 'bottle fee' per poured beverage (used to be much less). Plan accordingly.
When I politely asked what this new/increased fee was I was met with skepticism from the staff about rising costs and sharing community costs-- As if how dare I question them?
The tap selection is usually a pretentious array of overpriced IPAs. Not really much selection from 'curators'. If you want to taste from the tap, this costs too. Something like $0.50/ taste.
