I've done business with John for over 10 years now. First at his old business, and now at Neeter House of Luxury since shortly after it opened. I've had a great experience 100% of the time and feel like I get a chance to say hi to an old friend every time I come in to the store. And it's been that way since the first time meeting John all those years ago.

The space he's created with Neeter House of Luxury is one of the brightest and most welcoming places in Bellingham. There is natural light coming through the wall to wall windows overlooking the bay, combined with the excellently crafted showroom lighting and display cases. Together they highlight a very well curated collection of jewelry and other luxury items like watches, bags, knives, bullion, etc. John has found a staff equally as well curated with a team that shares his knack for putting a smile on every customer's face within seconds of walking though the door.

Next time you are down at the waterfront make sure to drop in and look around. You get a free sparkling light bath just by walking through the door. It's good...

They’re are SO amazing!!! HIGHLY recommend! My fiancé and I live in Bellingham and had been searching for a wedding band for him for quite a while, shopping in Seattle, Vancouver, and online. When we found out about Neeter we went straight away and had such a wonderful experience! We found his perfect wedding band, got it engraved on the inside, and they polished my engagement ring to make it sparkle again! They were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process and it never felt pushy, and they’re prices were comparable, if not better, than other prices we’d seen.

They were also very helpful when I came in nervous about needing my engagement ring resized. I have a euro band and had been told by another jeweler that it would be difficult / unlikely it could be sized down a whole size. Neeter had nothing but confidence, helped me figure out my correct size, and I received it back in a week! It fits perfectly now!

Best jewelry store in Bellingham! Any jewelry store can sell you a ring from a display case. But few seem to be able to design and create a ring from scratch. Neeter House of Luxury’s custom design process left me pleasantly surprised! The owner (John) and designer (Lauren) met with me to discuss my options and I was surprised at their ability to present creative solutions to my dilemma. As someone expecting a jewelry store to try and extract as much money as possible from me, I was delighted at their willingness to re-use jewels, exchange materials from existing rings, and provide multiple stone options to accommodate my budget.

Their custom ring process was more thorough than I expected. Starting with a meeting to draw rough sketches and discuss pricing options. This was followed with more thorough drawings for my inspection before proceeding with creating a 3D printed model of the ring for my approval.
