Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Bellingham

I want to honor and thank the man at Bakerview Papa Murphy's on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. I ordered a $13.99 pizza over the phone on that date. I wanted a couple of extra toppings, but the person on the phone assured me it would still be $13.99. When I got to Papa Murphy's to pick it up, it rang up over $19.00. I told the man at the counter I thought I'd been told it would be $13.99, but I apologized, telling him that I'd been feeling very scattered lately as my mom had just passed away. He turned around, took the pizza, handed it to me & told me to take it. I insisted on paying for it, but he insisted and told me that his grandfather had recently passed away too and that he had the authority to do this for me. I did not get his name, but I was absolutely overwhelmed at such kindness. Thank you so much to this person. Please be assured that I will pay this kindness...

The pizzas are yummy. They are getting very pricey just like everything else but I still would go there because the food is pretty good. Today I went to get my family size stuffed Chicago pizza and was told sorry but we can't change your 100.00 bill. First off maybe keep a proper float in your tlil so you can give your customers change. Secondly, I was the first customer there as you had just open up so why you would have no change in your till? Your employee that was working Monday was extremely rude when I ask. I have been going to the same location for the last 15 years once every 3 to 4 weeks to pick up a family size pizza for the family. I will be going somewhere else...

Extremely rude staff working tonight! Was told (rather rudely) to wait for our pizza outside (in the rain), but nobody came to let us know when it was done. They just threw it in the "online order" rack, then got snarky when we finally came in to ask if it was ready. If you insist people wait outside then at least have the courtesy to tap on the window and let us know, or better yet, walk it 2 feet to the door and hand it to us. I think it will be a while before we come back. The ferndale store is much more friendly and...
