I drove this morning to The Bean Stop location (Sehome). I was having a hard morning 😔 and just finished a very important phone call. My family is going through a tough situation. I pulled up crying and just sad. As I was ordering , I wanted to share my appreciation with the staff. I remember my lowest moments and highest moments driving thru the Bean Stop. And how their staff showed me their kindness and YES it made me feel valued and not just a regular customer. The owner was working at this location this morning, she was hearing my story and what I was going through. She didn't have to do that but she did. And I expressed my feelings and how much I appreciate her staff.
Coffee is the best thing in life because it brings people together. Her staff shows that you are not just ordering coffee but they make you feel like you are important. With questions like "How is your day so far" or "Have a great day, see you soon". This impacts the day. It impacts who you are as a person. The owner wanted to hear me out, wanted to make feel important and that everything was going to be okay. Every time I order something there, they make me feel like their not just working but trying to make an impact in the community. If you go I promise you that is worth it. The coffee is amazing and good prices. The staff is super friendly and amazing. And the owner is the most sweetest person. She deserves to have a bigger location.
Thank you Bean Stop Staff. For making me feel like everything is going to be okay. And for giving me good coffee to keep my strength up as a mom and making me feel valued. Muchísimas Gracias y...
Read moreWe stopped at the Bean Stop for a quick drink, and I’m so glad we did! The server was incredibly sweet and went above and beyond for us. We were curious about the specialty drinks and wanted to know if any had caffeine. Instead of guessing, she took the time to grab one of the jars and read the ingredients out loud—and even let us take a look ourselves. Now that is what I call customer service!
I can’t remember the name of the drink (it was one of their 4th of July specials), but as you can see in my photo, it looked amazing—and it tasted even better. What truly made it great, though, was the experience. I wish I had gotten her name—she had blonde hair, beautiful nails, and was working on Sunday afternoon, July 6th.
Thank you so much for the outstanding service! You really made our...
Read moreThe consistency has really gone down. I was a regular for years. I even had a bean stop sticker on my old car. I moved away and have recently moved back. It's nothing like it used to be. At both locations the baristas are usually weird and anti-social and the drinks are good sometimes, but mostly poorly made. I'm not going to back to either location. They need to hire friendly people that take their job seriously. It's one thing if we don't end up being friends. It's another if I don't even want to finish the drinks I've ordered. At least get the...
