I know I may look different than normal people around me but that doesn’t mean people treat me like I am not human. I went there on two different times. At first the lady at the counter told me that there is no time limit for the waiting of my order. Then she said 20 minutes, they do have reputation for making people of colour wait longer than others. And when I left she called me within 2 minutes saying my order has been ready, you need to come pick it up. And when I asked what happened to 20 more minutes she denied that. Well that was my first encounter. Yesterday I went to pick up another order for a customer. Because of my last encounter I called them at 5:56 pm from outside the restaurant and asked how long will it take them for the order, this time it was a guy answered saying max 15 minutes, then I replied 15 minutes is not that bad. So I went inside after 5 minutes and he asked me how can I help you I replied I was the one called to pick up the order he said well 15 minutes again after it had already been 5 minutes and he was very rude. So after his 15 minutes and my 22 minutes order was still not ready, he was ignoring me and wasn’t making eye contact. At 6:28 pm he gave orders to approx 6 people. And when I asked him again for my order he said he will check and be never got back to me with time update. So at that time I was contacting customer care and he never said my order was ready and in the middle of my phone call he said that “order has been ready what are you talking about” and he started yelling at me and using swear words and claimed that I am harassing them. Is asking how long will it take for my order harassing? Just like last time the other person did the same thing saying that my order has been ready. He then started raising his voice again started reading my order to me and asked me to confirm it I said ok that is the order. He then demanded that I open my order in my phone and confirm it with him and when I tried to grab my order bag he snatched it from me. So I took my phone out and started reading the order he then said what are you doing??? I replied I am confirming my order he then started shaking his head saying he need to confirm the order not me... I was puzzled with his behaviour with me. Then he said step outside and that he need to deal with real customers and that I am not real customer. I felt that he was being racist with me. I requested him even after his abusive language that at least he can use professional language and stepped outside the restaurant.
By the way I had a meal at this place dinning in with my family long time ago and there was huge waiting and food wasn’t...

Literally one table ahead of use and folks paying their check, no one else in the place. Once escorted to the table 2 menus were dropped and then we were abandoned. My fiance pulled my chair out for me, I noticed a rather large piece of dried fish skin stuck on the seat of the chair among many bits of other dried particles. We switched chairs with another at the table which too had dried remnants of food however we brushed those off. Once seated I noticed the plate and fork wrapped in a paper napkin in front of me were dirty, so I set them aside for a server take away. Opened the menu, it too had an extremely greasy feel along with dried food amongst the pages. My fiance could tell this was not an ideal place. I felt bad because although it had been years since he'd been there his memory of the place was great. For my sake he said we should go somewhere else, I tried to make a go of it. The server arrived, he was very pleasant however unskilled at his job. When he brought me another plate and fork they too had not dried food but wet food particles attached as it had come straight from the dishwasher.
The food was so disappointing and the sake was of such low quality I really don't think there was any alcohol in the very small bottle served. Once the server returned to the table to ask if everything was okay, we were still waiting on the rest of the order. Service can be improved upon and the food as well but, the lack of cleanliness absolutely turned us both off to...
Read moreWent there on 8/6/21 at about 11:30AM. Jenna was our waitress. We were handed a full menu, weighed about 4 pounds! Only interested in the lunch menu, which was on the first of many pages. I ordered a mountain dew, which wasn't offered. So I got a Pepsi instead. " We might have it in a bottle" "ok" Never came. Jenna came back with a couple Pepsis instead. Ordered the spring rolls and some 5 star drunken noodles. The soup of the day was Cream of blah" soup. Basically a handful of frozen peas, corn, carrots, food service blend, a couple springs of cilantro, chicken stock and corn starch. Bland. Shortly after the soup came the spring rolls. Deep fried? I was thinking "spring rolls"? Not "egg rolls". Spring rolls have the rice paper, vegetables, and usually basil, and shrimp. Nope these were egg rolls. Kinda bland at being egg rolls. Covid took out the hot sauce basket, out chili sauce was served in a ketchup bottle, dried pepper blend in a pizza cheese shaker. Pretty certain whoever thought the ketchup bottle chili paste hadn't thought of lumps. Wanted a dot, got a plop of the condiment. All over my hand, egg roll, and table. Used up the one napkin to clean up the mess. Finally the drunken noodles arrived. Five star? Nope. Three star? Nope. Two star? Maybe. I had the seafood medley for meat. I was pleased with the scallops, the shrimp and squid were over cooked, as were the noodles (almost mushy) I was hungry. I ate it. My mistake. The meal left me gassy for the...
