Manager Kiefer is an excellent asset to this company. He is a young professional that I have very high regards for. He is a professional that specializes in all departments of the store, he speaks to you with confidence with a cordial flow.

I came in here as a first-time home buyer and he educated me in ALL the materials and what he recommends. From tile materials to grouting, he has a vast knowledge of any product. I have high hopes for this young professional and I am sure that everyone around him is proud.

Thanks to Kiefer I now know what is needed for my house and what is highly recommended for long jeopardy. From tile sealers to sqft of material required for my entire house renovation. He has guided me through it all.

My remodeled kitchen is looking spectacular, and A.J., in the design department, deserves much of the credit. She is a true professional, and she carefully guided me through the process of choosing among the huge selection of colors, styles, and materials--for both flooring and backsplash tile. A.J. is amazingly efficient, and her technical knowledge is impressive. She knows exactly what questions to ask to quickly determine what materials and colors will suit your taste and your lifestyle. She will help you narrow down your choice to a few choices, from which you can make your final selection. She will clearly tell you if/ why one of your selections is not appropriate, yet she is not pushy or overbearing. I bought a vanity online from this store. My contractor collected it and signed a waiver that it was in the right condition. Three months later when he was ready to fit it, it became clear there was damage to both the countertop and body paintwork. Whilst F&D were well within their rights to do nothing about this (my contractor was liable as he’d signed an inspection form, and I was well past the returns timeframe), Colby focussed on problem resolution for me rather than blame/liability, for which I was incredibly grateful. Katelyn kindly sourced a touch up pen for the paintwork and Colby arranged a 50% refund which partially covered the cost of a replacement countertop.
