Me & The kiddos were having a fun filled day... my daughter orderd a slushy...and they brought out the wrong one.. the OWNER/ MANAGER..started a UNPROFESSIONAL SCENE over not replacing orders nor refunds ..it was so very sad..WEVE NEVER BEEN BACK....and everyone I know I tell them of this horrible experience...I recorded it and posted it on youtube...so sad....be careful with your orders because if you pay and it turns out you were brought the wrong order...The Owner/Manger will not replace nor refund your money( unless he knows you or he's just in a good mood)I know this because when I called the later that day to speak with him about how his actions affected my daughter...he told me that he was in a bad mood & still did not apologize)..he was DISTASTEFUL/ RUDE in his choice of verbiage...towards my family and myself!!!! Save yourself the trouble by going to the one that's on BELLMEAD DRIVE...they have much better respectful &...

This place NEVER get your order correct, BUT make sure they charge you for anything extra that you may want on your burger. I have went to this place three times since relocating to Bellmead and by far, its the last choice on Bellmead Drive! When you add ingredients to your burger such as bacon, they charge you for it, and send out a burger that was already made up WITHOUT the ingredients you've asked for... They also refuse to give you your refund. The lady even brought out two slices of bacon instead of either remaking the burger or giving me my money back. Do not go to this location, and the staff does not look well groomed either!The staff is rude! All except Ms Tammy! Someone needs to clean house.. Immediately! Or shut this location down, the workers doesnt take pride in...

I strongly do not suggest suggest anyone to go to the Belle Meade Sonic they are rude they cannot get their mobile apps to work correctly and the manager is a rudest one there I ordered off the app it didn't get my full order didn't get my reward done then they say I have to order again because it didn't get them whenever it went through it didn't go through with my reward did they argue with me and was rude to me we reordered and paid for the item that was supposed to be free 30 minutes I am furious I mean furious the manager is named Trey I do not know his last name Charlie do not suggest going to this...
