Computer Giant — Local services in Bellmead

Poor customer service, case and point, when I arrived I saw that I was the only customer in the store in Bellmead, Texas, Otan (who I was not sure of his position), initially seems willing to help until a moment later a younger African American lady can in the store, then they hugged and started talking and he stopped helping me and left me standing. I then sat down and said to myself, it's okay and minutes later a white man entered through the door another customer who Otan started helping. I said to myself, that does it, then I approached the counter where Otan was sitting and reminded him that I was here first and he hadn't finished my request yet then he looked at me with a condescending smirk and said I am sorry then he proceed to take my address then promised he would call me the next day but he didn't, he lied. Note: I am an United States Honorable Discharged Disabled Veteran who is a African American senior citizen and I just want to say I am appalled at how some people in America have forgotten the sarifices my brothers and sisters and myself have made for each of their freedom...My belief is that they don't give a damn. Another case and point, I was merely trying to buy cameras to secure my home for I have been robbed literally 9 (nine) times since law hasn't done anything to help or protect me. Although I reported these cases to McLennan Country Sheriffs of Waco, Texas, they have done nothing to try to investigate this matter instead they have came many times to my home but they did nothing but stand around looking at me...I am shame for them since they don't have morals to have that kind of respect for me or themselves...what if I was either their daughter, sister, wife or mother, I beg the question, wouldn't they shown the same of lack concerned for each of their safety...shame on them and of lack respect they shown for their badge and their promised oath that they will protect and serve. I am glad I wasn't that type of nurse to disrespect and abandoned my Patientes. God sees all and we have all have to give account to him for what we should have done. We are to serve people as God wants us and in doing so we serve him...

I visited this location a few weeks ago looking for a wall charger for a dinosaur laptop. I had tried the big box stores and other locations known for having electronics that could possibly help. I didn’t get much of anything other than someone trying to sell me a new laptop. I have a new model MacBook that I use regularly. I needed to charge the old laptop in order to get some music that I had downloaded to it from a cd. The disc is nowhere to be found so my only way to get that music was from the laptop. I walked in and was greeted by Josh. I told him what I was needing and he went through several plastic bins that contained different styles and design chargers. He was able to find one that worked with my laptop. The service I received was great and I couldn’t thank Josh enough for his help. Not once did he try to sell me anything and instead focused on what I was looking for. Thank you so much Josh. Sorry it took so long for me to post this review. Took my MacBook pro in after having not used it for almost a year due to device not turning on. When I came back they gave me a picture of the inside of it which showed a fresh looking "sticky substance". The person told me it could have been soda. The problem is i have never been careless with it and I know for sure that wasn't the case. Also after a year of sitting in it's case how could there be a "fresh sticky substance" present? My thoughts...they took out whatever parts they could reuse and handed me back a hunk of junk! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I've heard of horror stories like this before but went by some other reviews. I was wrong! $1300 down the drain! After speaking with other people in the area I found out this is the same song and dance they have given others about their laptops.
