El Mango Loco — Restaurant in Bellmead

I came in because my daughter & I were craving a Mangonada.. We decided to get a Chamoymangonada I believe that's what is called... Not only was it pure ice & salsa but was dissapointed it only had a few small pieces of mango on top & alot of chile powder.. Dissapointed to pay $7.50 for just ice & chile. Other than that the place is clean.. Love the pinatas but they are very expensive & some of the candy is way more than what HEB charges for the exact same Mexican candy.. I love to support local businesses and this place has a super local feeling. You can buy lots of party things here, but behind the counter they are making some delicious desserts.

We got a banana split and a strawberry milkshake both were top shelf awesome. We also saw some amazing things getting ordered by other people.

Great service even though there was a slight language barrier. Clean, organized, calm but fun atmosphere. Prices are a bit more than I expected but justifiable. Only complaint: my $8.00 "Pina colada" should have been called a lime 🍋 smoothy. It was so so tart. Not even a hint of 🥥. I was crushed, I could not enjoy or finish it. Would go back but definitely try something different... Or learn how to say "easy on the lime"...
