1st issue - Aweful service my wife is gluten free(non-celiac) they would NOT substitute anything for the bisuit in the big breakfast asked for anything in place of the biscuit and they refused yet still charged full price. The ration was ungodly pathetic, she even asked the manager and there were no options given just a solid NO but still charged full price, , ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How petty, to NOT sub a hashbrown instead of a a biscuit for christ sake, what a joke. 2nd - Unclear speaker at drive-thru she sounded like she was a mushroom talking to a corncob through a damn drainage tube. Please repeat that for the 8th time cheap-o!!! 3rd - We saw a used condom and a lot of random trash scattered in the drive thru, sidewalk to the building, in the landscaping, and ALL over parking area. Do t they have someone that can go out and tidy up a bit? 4th - steak egg and cheese McBagel was half black scorched. Ive NEVER had anything this overcooked from McDonald's before. 5th we got our food a solid 10 minutes before we got our 2 coffees, and we're told to drive around the building to the double doors, but I had to have her repeat the instructions once again because she was walking away from the #2 drive through window when she was speaking to me....HOW RUDE. And im not sure if the manager brought the coffees to us or ifnit was just a worker but she was short and snippy and acted like she had no time to hand me the remaining portion of our order. Now, let me tell you, I do NOT typically write bad reviews but this was by far the worst mcdumbbells experience I have ever encountered with the cheapest, most petty garbage service I've seen from ANY food serving establishment. I remained calm and didn't say a single thing confrontational or criticizing during our visit there, so they had zero reasons to offer service so poor. We have gone here frequently for the past 6 years but the service just keeps diving in the dumpster, and this time I drove away slowly while containing my frustration. I hope this reaches the right people because they need to get with the program. That b.s. was down right insulting. Ya lost a customer with a family of 5. Dont pay to be cheap. Our total still came to 25$ for only 2 people with one sandwich, a big(small) breakfast, with no biscuit, and 2 coffees....Just close the...
Read moreHonestly, I get terrible customer service EVERY time I visit this location. One time the lady at the window had a major attitude and stopped speaking words to me because I asked for a single cup of water at the window after ordering food for 5 in the drive thru. The same day I ordered 3 specialty coffee drinks and recieved 3 cups of super nasty regular coffee in the specialty cups (while on my way out of town for work). When I went back to get the specialty coffees (I PAID FOR) after work later that evening a rude employee told me I should have called, I shouldn't have waited so long because it was almost dinner and I needed to have my receipt anyway. But then she messed up and told me that the machine is broke so they couldn't replace them anyway. Meaning I OBVIOUSLY didn't get what I ordered. In this same visit I was in the drive thru ordering for 5 again. The girl was so nasty about the coffee that I ended up saying f* this place and this food and going inside to find a manager and find out who I was talking to. The manager kept saying I needed a receipt. I looked all over for it in my car and then I remembered she didn't give me a receipt because I paid in exact change. When I went back in I told them to pull up the cameras because I definitely wasn't trying to just trick them out of free special coffee, which is how they were treating me. All they did was cover me a customer service num to call (because I asked for corporate). I left, called the num and went to find dinner somewhere else for my family. After feeding my family I went back to tell them to pull up the cameras because i'm not letting them just keep my money. The manager got frustrated and finally said she'll send me a coupon in the mail. Smh. This took up a good chunk of my day and 5 ppl had to wait to have dinner that night. It threw off everyone's schedule... It was bad enough 3 working individuals didn't have their coffe drink that morning. DON'T GO HERE, THEY'RE ALWAYS RUDE...
Read moreStopped at what is likely the worst time to stop, noon rush... the place was busy, but not overly so. Waited 15 minutes for my order, while AT LEAST 20 orders went out the window or door to drive up customers. There was one very friendly man working the counter, one friendly older lady walking things out to drive through customers and 10+ people behind the counter who could not be bothered to even acknowledge customers who had decided to come inside. McDonald's is making it increasingly clear they do not want counter business, with the ridiculous kiosks that do nothing other than ensure tippy will be last in line if you bother to use them, and their "I don't see you" attitude with counter customers. This was on 7/21/18 at the State st. location and it will be a cold day in a hot place before I go back. I can understand a twenty minute wait (or longer) at a sit down place, but to stand waiting at the counter for a carry out order?? Nope, ain't happening again. The kiosk usage is absolutely idiotic. If I could input the order and have it sent to the kitchen in order to speed things up, it makes sense. But, as it is, the only purpose it serves is to make you spend time watching other folks who refuse to use it, walk in AFTER you and get served BEFORE you, because they went right to the counter. The kiosk is a no go for me, but it won't matter because McDonald's is going to be a no go unless I'm on the road and eating in the car.... maybe...
