I have been lucky to have them available to me at work regularly this year. Everything I have tried so far, has been top notch. The food is made with care and the flavors reflect that care. Empanadas - nice crunch with delicious filling Gorditas - potato and chorizo - great little spice from the chorizo (could be a little more spicy in my opinion) Their red sauce will give you plenty of heat if you are looking for it. Burritos - this is where I personally think they shine from my experience. All of them have been delicious. Rice is perfectly cooked. Meats are wonderfully seasoned and cooked well - no dry chicken or dead ground beef in these guys. The part that stands out to me are their tortillas - these are delicious - good chew, great flavor and really are part of the dish and not just a floppy plate to carry the insides. Ordered 2 taco dinners with steak at the pearl lake beach; the food was completely flavorless. For $25 and a $4 tip, I would recommend skipping this truck and cooking your own food.
