Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Town of Beloit

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 medium reeses and cookie dough blizzards, one with hot fudge added. We get up to the window and the receipt says PB Cookie dough and X caramel. I addressed that the order wasn't correct with the gentleman in the window and he informed me everything is in fact correct and that their system has those terms for what we ordered because "they dont have buttons for what we actually ordered". We thought it was strange but didn't press the matter since it was busy and didn't want to take up too much of their time. We get home and realize that the receipt was indeed correct and that we were lied to about the receipt being wrong and our order. Honestly I wouldn't be mad if it was a simple mistake but the fact that we addressed it and he reassured us that the receipt was wrong due to the system inputs, when the order was just plain wrong is what makes me mad. If they misheard, own up to it instead of insisting the system wrote the wrong thing on the receipt and then giving us the completely...

This place needs employees that take their job seriously. Triple stack burger bacon ranch with large fry and large coke. I get a triple cheeseburger med fry and med drink. I say hey it was suppose to be a large. On no problem I’ll fix that. I’m thinking cool. I don’t know for sure but my drink is just a little over 3/4 full in a large cup. ???? I think they just dumped the med drink in large glass. Anyways no large fry. Wrong burger. Truly disappointing. Won’t go here again.

Update to reply Ive given this location multiple chances. Out of bananas, out of strawberries, multiple times given wrong order. I just dont leave a low review based on one time. Leadership starts at the top. Lead a better team. If they cant hear the order, then repeat the order back to the customer. Fixes these problems. Plus look at the replies from the owner. Went here for supper tonight on February 27th,2021 Brionna R. Took my order which was the 6 buck double cheeseburger meal which I screwed up the order I wanted it plain which the cook/worker Hannah fixed when I told her and I appoligized for my mix up got my food 5 minutes later the drive thru was swamped busy as heck so the way they treated was amazing under the stress and craziness so in my eyes I'll be back soon the only issue was at the end when I was about to leave they had two gentleman show up who creeped the staff out in the past and were told this and to please leave which they didn't take very well but they left without issues so things didn't turn crazier and I'm shocked how calm Hannah was through that so in my eyes she is an amazing staff member and deserve some kind of raise or promoting don't loose her or this staff at this location Dairy Queen they are...
