Mixed kind of review here. Justin and his staff are great, with one exception. The other day I was here and Mary acted like I was going to steal the store and was very rude. Mary was unable to help with a simple part, her lack of knowledge was shocking because this is such a great store with very experienced staff. The worst part was that she called me "babe" and other pet names while I was there with my wife. I do exclusively with Autozone for my personal and business needs, but after that visit I have told my employees not to get our parts there. As long as Mary is still there I will never shop autozone. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Adding a little. The employees there are great with that exception. Gary and Chris have both spent time in the parking lot after hours helping me fix things. I want to give a HUGE shout out to the AutoZone on Prairie Avenue in Beloit. I was having issues with my car not starting well, and needed to know if it was issues with my battery. I stopped in, not knowing if they would be able to help me. A man behind the counter, Phil, was extremely helpful. When I asked if it was possible for someone to test my battery, his response was ABSOLUTELY! He grabbed his tester and without hesitation went outside and tested the battery. All was good! Lon was an amazing help today! My left rear blinker on my BMW needed to be replaced today and he assisted with no problem! He also helped me with my right rear blinker that was giving me trouble. A BMW dealership wanted to charge me $600+ to replace my back light. Lon inspected my light for me found the issue and led me in the right direction to get it fixed.
