China House — Restaurant in Beloit

First off, this place is way too pricey for the quality. My husband and I spent $52 on dinner for just the two of us and we both felt underwhelmed by what we got. The only thing we thought was worth the price was the yokasoba noodles, we got the steak and shrimp and that was really yummy. The chicken friend rice was meh (needed to add a lot of soy sauce packets to it because it lacked flavor and looked rather anemic), the crab ragoon we heard was good, but there was hardly any filling in them and they were like $7. My biggest complaint is their sushi rolls, what we got was straight up comical and I plan on attaching a photo because it was that bad, we ordered their Crunchy Crab Roll which was around $8 and it's micro sized with I believe 4 pieces, totally falling apart upon delivery and all it wasn't even crab, it was a plain tuna roll with what looked like mayo squirted all over it. It honestly looked disgusting and we were shocked that we paid $8 for it. If you're going to go here, stick to the main courses, the sides were the biggest letdown and totally over priced for what you get, real ticket climbers! We probably won't order here again mainly because of the prices, when we order at the south beloit wok we get way more food and usually only...

Customer service is at an all time low! I went on my lunch break at 11:30 and I was the only one there no one greeted me when I walked in or acknowledged the fact I was in the building. the lady behind the counter was on her cell phone and a young man walked right past me with headphones in his ear. I had to ask are you guys open ? the lady responded yes while on her cell phone and took my whole order while talking on her cellphone. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll and wasn't happy with it I didn't know what masago was thought it was a sauce but when I got my sushi roll it appeared as little eggs I explained to the lady I I didn't know those were eggs and could she make the same roll with out the masago she told me no !! either I pay 5$ or pick it out !! she also kept trying to convince me the masago was good and good for my health but I told her im not satisfied and could she remake it and her response was still no I would have to pay! I always thought if something wasn't right or if a customer was un happy with food it was sent back and fixed well not this place and for that i will never eat at...

Disgusting, dirtest place in Beloit. Went thier got some orange chicken to go with the noodles and found a cat paw in my chicken like it still had the claws nd all wasnt even half of it it was the whole paw. I never ate Chinese food because of me just wondering what they meat really is but now that i seen awhole paw on my fork never agin thats why ill never eat Chinese food agin. My ex boyfriend just threw the whole thing away I couldnt even look at it with out my stomach feeling all types of ways. I dont even do reviews but everyone should know what they eating and my experience at this restaurant and i would never recomand this a day in my life or order...
