Krystal Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Beloit

We head out to eat a nice breakfast with our small family we get to this restaurant and start getting nothing but attitude by the main owner like we did something to her. She's going around to all the tables and being nice saying good morning to everyone but then gets to our table and is very rude I honestly wanted to walk out before I even ordered food and we should have. And honestly I'm not sure if she was being racist towards my fiance since he is African American. Anyway we order our food she comes back slams our food on our table everyone else gets asked anything else and storms off and it wasn't even busy at all. Laughing and giggling with everyone else I honestly have never done anything to this woman before and yes I know for a fact she is the owner. The food we ordered without the drinks was $25 I only got pancake and my son got a kids breakfast and he got a plain waffle. 1 coffee I got 1 fountain drink and she said the orange juice went with his kids breakfast but anyway she changed us $40 I went back in and asked us why she had over charged us she started looking very angry and mean like I had said something wrong she snatched a menu and grabbed the recipe on her end she's like well here's what I wrote down she listed off the food witch was correct then she gets to the drinks coffee charged 2 times because she saw me take a sip from his coffee I told her im pregnant I didn't want to order my own coffee if i cant drink a whole cup I literally took a sip then she over charged me a refill even though on her menu it states that you get free refills on fountain drinks and then goes on to say she charged us $6 on tip because we didn't leave one who in this world is going to leave a tip when you are getting treated like your family isn't worth serving as a resident of Beloit I feel like it needs to...

My family and I went to eat breakfest and we ordered otmeal with bananas and stack of pancakes, and an order of 3 crepes 1 with Nutella and the other 2 with strawberries and cream. The lady stopped back 1 time to check on us and when she brought us our bill the prices where more the listed in the menu and when asked why she said it was listed in the menu. Ok fine a small price would be fine but since when is it ok to charge 2.00 for a few slices of bananas and 2.00 for a few chocolate chips and the crepes said they where 9.99 for 3 and I ended up paying closer to 16.00 for them. Went today with my family (our daughter and grandchildren ) I ordered a beef taco salad and my husband had a chicken taco salad getting to the bottom of the salad their were BIG chunks of onion.
