Vince’s Pizzeria is hands down one of my favorite spots in Beloit. If you’re craving great pizza with that classic hometown feel, this is the place. From the moment you pull up, you can tell it’s a well-loved local gem. It has that welcoming, no-frills charm that instantly makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit.
Inside, the vibe is cozy and casual, and the staff is super friendly. We ordered The Works pizza (minus the anchovies) and a sausage pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was gooey and flavorful, and the toppings were generous. You can tell everything is made with care and tradition. It’s not trendy or over-the-top, just really good pizza done right.
I also love that Vince’s has been around since 1982. It’s family-owned and you can feel that sense of pride and consistency in everything they serve. If you’re anywhere near Beloit and looking for a solid, satisfying meal, make Vince’s your next stop. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or feeding the whole family, this place won’t let you down. We’ll definitely...
Read moreWe ordered a bruccheta calzone that was (as the menu stated) able to be made in the fashion of any of the pizza choices. Was told they could not add the vinegarette or the parmasean. I order anyway and let the wife know. As we discuss it we can't figure out why the parmesean couldn't be added and the vinegar brushed on top . I call back and ask to put it on the side and I will fix it... I am now told it will be an extra charge..then I get a call that in fact the vinegar is now 5 dollars. Get the calzone home and apparently bruccheta is made with cheddar instead of mozzarella. Any way (to make this longer) while I wait to pick up my food the waitress fight about pizza.. another patron is upset for being charged for ranch (this must be the money grab) and when I get home the included dipping sauce (sauces they love to charge for) is not there..... Go...
Read more4 different pizzas, and two big pasta dishes, and it was the worst food I've ever ordered in Beloit!!! I always loved their food, and I've had many different things over many years, but what happened? It's like the ingredients went from succulent to cardboard... Tasteless cheese, tasteless crust, terrible sauce on each dish! We had 13 people eating it, and everyone had to add seasoning just to make it half way decent... The kids each took a couple bits, and refused to eat it!!! I think they went cheapo... BTW,,, I've worked in restaurants for over 20 years, and have been fed for free everywhere... Literally a few thousand places... I've never had worse food... They won't make it long unless they step up the quality... Don't order from...
