Updated January 4th 2023-The drive-thru was backed up this morning so I decided I'd go inside and order. Nope the doors are all locked. Dine-in hours are 24/7 but this McDonald's can't keep enough workers to operate the dining room. One worker told me too many workers call in sick and that's why the dining room is locked in the morning and its the same workers calling in sick on a regular basis. This has happened at least 15 times I know of in the last 30 days. I usually stop here before going to work as I work .5 miles from this location. That's a reflection on management. If you allow the same workers to interrupt your business productivity they are a detriment not an asset. Went through the drive-thru this morning and they have two lanes to order from. The left lane has a competent person taking orders the lane I unfortunately went through I sat there no joke 5 minutes before someone spoke and that was only after I asked if anyone was there. She said "be right with you". Not! Another 3 minutes and she finally asks what I want to order. Once I received my order I drove back around to see if the black Nissan that was behind me was still waiting to order. Sure enough the incompetent person taking orders had not helped her yet. Management needs to find out who that was and retrain that person. Horrible service...
Read moreThis McDonald's take 1st place in all of my experience with their chain, and here is why. 1st Belton to Temple, Tx is roughly 5-10 miles apart depending on where you're going but in customer service and food grade, cleanliness and overall satisfaction they are light years apart. Where Belton is at 97 Temples adams location by the high school is 38. They admit their short cummings and allow the customers slack if somebody got wires crossed as does happen with big orders. We eat at this place daily if not then 4 -6 times weekly. They don't ever get the orders wrong, get short or attitude toward you even if you do towards them, and their night crew is not playing as is their day and mid shift crew. I've been in a double line waiting with 25 cars packed in bumper to bumper and waited less then 10 min. Now I'm a mobile orderer and Mcdonald's development team needs to pick up their game a little, but the restaurant could not be better. The only thing I see that could improve is at the second window they are kind of stiffness with food delivery. Smile more âșïž be southern. Manners will take you far....thanks Belton y'all are doing great especially during the trying period of life we are all in. Way to handle it with grace and charisma...
Read moreThis is more of a customer service review. The food at this location has always been on par if not a bit better than the average McDonaldâs. I try to keep my expectations in check because letâs face it customer service at fast food places is acceptable at best but tonight this location went above and beyond to provide the worst customer service. I want late and I know they do a night âresetâ of their system which for some reason shuts down the restaurant for quite a while. I had the misfortune of placing my mobile order in this time frame. I was told it would be 30 minutes before the system was back up. I have an hour lunch break so I take care of a few other things while I wait. 30 minutes later I pull up to the window and once again Iâm told it would be 30 minutesâŠđ€Ź. This McDonaldâs waisted 30 minutes of my life and sent me back to work hungry đ„ș. I had 15 minutes left to be back on the clock. No time to get anything elseâŠ. Thanks McDonaldâs for making me work the last 5 hours of my shift hungry because they canât finish counting money in a timely manner. Come to think of it they were probably trying to delay taking orders again till they switch to breakfast⊠they didnât want to make my McDouble...
