As a dasher these people are the worst. Every time I show the order is not ready for 10 to 15 minutes. This time today, I actually tried to speak to the manager and let him know that if he changed the time on the Dasher tablet when he gets an order and change the time that it would be ready that there would not be Dasher showing up 15 minutes before orders were ready. Instead of actually taking my feedback, he acted offended that I actually had something to offer him that might help his job do better. So to me, he doesnāt care about his job being better and he definitely doesnāt care about other peopleās jobs that are in the vicinity of picking up orders for his store. There is no reason to act like you donāt know what Iām talking about when I say, hey if you just changed the timeframe of when orders are ready, then Dashers will show up when the orders are actually ready. But instead, he got offended and actually acted like he couldnāt even believe that a woman was telling him how he could do his job better. Management is poor here and as a Dasher I can assure you that Iāve been to the store at least 18 times and every single time the order is 15 minutes to wait for so me suggesting that he could help Dashers to deliver customers food in a more efficient manner you would think that he would listen, but instead he decided that he was offended because Iām not sure, maybe because I was a woman, maybe because I was a Dasher, not sure but he was not able to even accept my advice that would help the store and also customers that order from DoorDash, as well as the Dashers that are delivering...

When I called the store to inform them the person helping me told me she would send the wings out, it is already late. I told her I wanted a refund to which she said she canāt provide a partial refund. I stated I didnāt want the wings at this point. She began telling me how she was going to send them out anyways and then she hung up on me! (Extremely unprofessional and rude). I then call back and ask to speak to the manager who gets on the phone, I ask for her name to which she replies āI donāt have to give my nameā I said if an upset customer calls and asks for your name you donāt provide it? She responds with āno I do not have toā I then asked for the district managers name she said āyou can call corporate to get thatā. I explained to her I would do that and I was very disappointed in her and the stores service. She begins to tell me what she was told by the other worker (which was incorrect). She said she would send the wings to which I said again I donāt want the wings now. She then says ok thereās a credit on your account. I then attempted to take the survery that is listed on the receipt and it states they are no longer taking surveys for this location, go figure. Itās horrible! Store #006425 is horrible I would not recommend. I understand businesses are struggling with keeping employees but bad employees are much worse than mean and rude employees who turn loyal...

Twice now I have placed a delivery order with drinks and both times the driver has forgotten. No big deal it happens. The first time the driver apologized and went back thirty minutes later I got my drink. I still tip him. The second time was last week, The driver forgot the drink she even said that she was the one who took the order. She said she needed to keep the receipt to remember the address. That was at 6 when 7 rolled around with no drink I called the store and told the guy who answered what happened and said to forget the drink he said that he would let the manager know and on my next order I would have the 2 liter pepsi credited to me. This was fine I knew I would be ordering there soon so it was a good deal. Today however I ordered my pizzas and then explained to the lady that I was credited the pepsi and she it wasn't noted and instead of speaking to a manager she actually said I don't know what to do with that and then proceeded to give me my total. I told her to cancel my order. Now I know that a 2 liter pepsi is $3 but its just that she didn't care that I wasn't happy I paid for that drink I didn't get that drink.
