They gave me hot fresh burgers with old grease cold onion rings on one order. I threw them in the trash and just ate my burger. My fiancé offered his fries but I turned them down. A different trip they gave me pancakes with nylon grill brush brittle or something cooked into the pancake. When I called to let them know, the manager on duty was confrontational and scold me like a child that they would replace the pancakes only during breakfast hours and not any other time. I’m 52 years old and I believe older than the person on the phone with the lousy attitude. Why would I bring pancakes back during lunch and dinner? I did graduate at the top of my class in high school and a honor student in college. I’m not an idiot. My daughter actually surprised me with the breakfast because she and her friend were eating breakfast there. I still have the brittle brush pancakes right now in my freezer. The manager acted like it was my fault. I told her I will GLADLY bring the pancakes with something strange in them back to her. She then said she doesn’t work the breakfast shift and some other person does. Overall it was a weird angry conversation on her part and there was no apology for serving a paying customer trash in the pancakes. I haven’t gone for a replacement. I’m not sure I want anything from those people. Her attitude and lack of good customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Probably the same taste if I had eaten that bristle and...
Read moreFirst and foremost I'm going to say Rob and Angel were Heaven Sent. My family and I were stranded at this Whataburger from 1:30 am to approximately 6:45 am due to car trouble. I entered the establishment asking to use the phone to get assistance because my cellular device was dead and Paul looked at me with no empathy or concern about my situation. He stared and rolled his eyes and walked away. Shortly, after an Caucasian lady entered and ask to use the phone, he immediately gave it to her. I felt so belittled, discriminated and humiliated. I kept my head up. Angel, offered his cellular device to help and I appreciate the hospitality. No one wanted to help and give an helping hand but them 2 young men. They were raised very well for society and the respect for others. Did you know these men got off work and went to their residence and returned back to my presence with the tools that was needed to help my vehicle? Well, they did. If it wasn't for those young men help...this place would be receiving a -63 if the stars would go that low. This was the most embarrassing, unethical experience. Rob and Angel needs acknowledgement and a raise. I can't say that about Paul. Thanks for the time and...
Read moreSo I ordered a med strawberry shake, received a large. Told the man I ordered a med, (before he swiped my card) he said "oh they told me large, well free upgrade!" Took my card then charged me for a large. I called the manager just to inform him of the situation. (Gregory) He said the man didn't realize he charged me for a large. Then proceed to say "well ma'am it's only a 70c difference." I told him I understand. That the price wasn't the reason I was calling. He also said "he has had this problem before." then apologized. It's clear to me even a trained manager at the belton tx whataburger has very poor customer service skills. I wanted nothing in return not even my money back. Just wanted what I ordered while I was there. Highly dissatisfied with the concern had for my order. Will not be returning nor will I ever reccomend this location. Just thought I'd share my experience in hopes that, the GM may take action with even the managers. Word of advice if you cannot handle a lane B then you probably...
