Burger King — Restaurant in Belton

The only reason I removed 1 star is to be completely transparent with anyone who visits this location. Honest, dependable, and dedicated. Thats how MY reviews should reflect on me. Now if I could only get my husband to possess ONE of those qualities! 🤔😮‍💨🤫

Now, the reason it's not a perfect score. This store is super clean, the food is on point, no mistakes on our order, included all the condiments in-bag, and the employees where professional and friendly. The atmosphere was a little quiet, maybe some "Musac" or "Spotify" to help liven it up to above a city library level. Not too loud and definitely a mix or hit music genre. NO HARDCORE RAP. Remember, we emanate the professionalism we want people to see. LOL JK. No but seriously, the ONLY bit of an issue is order turnaround time. Even after doing my order online, and waiting 15 minutes to head to the restaurant, I still had to wait 5-10 min for it to be made, and it was super slow as far as flow of customers. I can only guess but it looked like the fries and fried food was slowing everything down. Maybe make more fries at a time and have a basket of rings or whatever else is popular around that time at that store ready to drop on a moments notice.

Long review for 1 🌟, but it's better for everyone if someone says something. I do understand that FRESH food requires some time so don't get me wrong. This is a GREAT store! And the nice attendant apologized for the wait so no harm no foul.

First thing we noticed was the strong old grease smell. So we should've known better. Still we went ahead and ordered our lunch. Server was very nice and helpful, on that this establishment seems excellent, to the point that the food is brought to the table, since they have a number system similar to table service restaurants, where you get a number which you place on the table for them to know who made the order. However, lets get back to the grease smell. As we predicted, the food (chicken nuggets) tasted greasy, and as of now 6:53PM I'm feeling good enough to write this review. We were there around 1:40-2:30 PM for a late lunch. Don't know how my wife feels now, since she still at work, but will know later. As for me I'm experiencing nausea and stomach ache as well as lots of gas and heartburn. All I taste is the Nuggets greasy flavor up and down my throat. So I am sorry, but due to the bad experience probably will never stop here again. First impressions are important, and although employees were nice, the food has to be good, grease has to be changed, and most definitely not get people sick. As a former food inspector I should've followed my gut, but hey, I was hungry and you would think this would not happen. That was my experience, you should make your own decisions, so maybe give them a try, but at your own...

Yeah all the fires were cold. Also my #11 grilled chicken. I wanted it made dry with mayo on the side. So, the only things that should have been on it would be " bread, grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato." When it came out the "first time" it had mayo all over it and no mayo packs. I took it back to be remade. The lady in charge took it and said she understood what I wanted. When she brought it out to me. It was made right, except for it wasn't grilled chicken anymore it was crispy chicken. My husband took it back and told them again the "third time". They said they understood, but once again it came back out wrong. So, then I went back up to the counter told them that it keeps coming out wrong. And this isn't hard to make, I'm being very patient but I need to eat and this needs to be done right. When I was at the counter it was made wrong two more times. Then when the one in charge was finally going to go make it herself, it got made right. To say the least this was not a good experience and something that should have been taken care of and made right. I shouldn't have had to keep telling them to...
