
Definitely a neat little spot. I work from home and I’m always on the hunt for new spots that allow me to get a change of scenery and grab a drink for an hour or 2.
I didn’t like my drink, but that doesn’t mean I won’t give it another try. I can be a bit of a coffee snob and sometimes it takes me a few tries to find my go-to. My iced latte was very light on the espresso and heavy on the sugar. I’ll go for the iced coffee or an extra shot next time. I initially sat inside and a few small groups followed suit. But, thru no fault of their staff, I quickly regretted my decision. Almost immediately, students started to file in and quite literally took over the room, even hovering in the small space making other groups uncomfortable enough to vacate their seats. It was worse than Starbucks and eventually prompted me to leave.
The atmosphere on the deck, though, was awesome - very chill, lots of quiet conversations, video meetings and studying taking place. They have good options for seating, including small tables, a bar top and areas for a group, with no overbearing music and no one blaring TikTok videos at full volume.
