I had never used a co-working space before and thought it sounded pretty cool and wanted to check it out since it was so close to home. I thought the area and buidling were beautiful and it was cool that there was coffee and water offered while you worked. Very cool idea and great utilization of space in downotwn Belton! Terrisha was very nice and welcoming explaining how it all worked at Level 3. I will say though...I would imagine the goal here is to be respectful of everyone's space and treat it as a work enviroment keeping the noise level down, etc. Terrisha was on the phone a few times being loud and rude to represenetives on the phone when she could have shut her door so that everyone was subjected to that. I also didn't care for hearing her speak to an employee (the owner's son, I know that because it was referrenced a lot) about how some things were good over the weekend at an event but some were bad. She said 'let's talk about what went right and what went wrong and how you could have done better". She only spoke about the good for a short moment but honed in on the bad and 'how could you do better?' 'what could you improve?'. As a leader you are a reflection of your team and they of you...I certainly would not work for someone that spoke to me that way. I felt that was a converssation to be had behind closed doors and not for everyone there to subjected to when trying to work. Not sure that I will be back or not...very cool idea and space but I would want to know my space is respected as much as theirs. I could just go to Arusha and have coffee and work for free not having to hear converasations like that. There were also no paper towels in the restroom, I let them know but had used my jeans in the time it took them to offer paper towels to...
Read moreAs I write this review, now a day after my event, I must say I am full of gratitude! Majorly for the efforts of Trish who assisted with the planning of a gender reveal at the Level 3 event space.
Initially, I had planned an event within the courtyard that had to be moved indoors due to the rainy weekend of Labor Day, 2025. For any event planner, it’s a cumbersome shift to change the location of an event. However, this could not have been a better outcome after Trish helped redesign our space for an indoor event. I appreciate that Trish cared for the details of our event in a manner that showed true concern. Many of our family & friends traveled to be a part of our celebration and I was proud of my decision to host with Level...
Read moreIf you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and functional space for your next event, LOOK NO FURTHER!! I recently hosted an event at Level 3 and was blown away. We needed a space both indoors and outdoors, with the ability to have food, drinks, and a PowerPoint presentation. It’s also summer in Texas. This was a breeze to set up with L3 and everything was perfect! We were comfortable in the outdoor space under the fans and misters. We enjoyed the bar and the friendliness of the staff while enjoying the music and beautiful setting. Lastly, the indoor space was comfortable, convenient, and enabled us to execute the learning portion of our event flawlessly. Thank you so...
