CEFCO Convenience Store — Local services in Belton

Not a place I'll stop at again. My family and I travel often and we stop at cefcos often. This is one I will make sure to never use again! The lady at the counter greeted us as we came in but really sounded like she could careless. The second employee was standing at the counter talking with his girlfriend. My daughter and I went to use the bathroom. There were storage bins pilled up in the bathroom, the sink faucet was broken, the toilet paper holder was missing the cover piece, the toilet paper in the holder had a huge dirty handprint on the side like someone had been cleaning mud or dirty and then slapped the roll on, the toilet was scratched up and dirty, but the worst is that there was a sign on the wall saying please do not throw toilet paper or paper towels in the toilet! I went into this location a couple a weeks ago to get gas and attempted to get cash back and was told I couldn’t get cash back for gas purchases which was fine. I needed the cash back so I got a cup of ice and tried to get it that way and this made the person at the register mad and she begin raise her voice. I asked her why was she yelling and she proceeded to scream at me to get out of her store and when I asked why she stated that she was going to call the police simply because I questioned why she was refusing to service me. She lied to the police and told them I was being aggressive and I have it all on video. Abusing 911 is getting out of hand and there are way too many black men affected by this trend. My mother even called attempting to speak with a manager and this same cashier refused to give a name and hung up on her. Theres a girl that I’m sure everyone is aware of that cannot put down her phone. I can careless if they are on their phones but damn you can check your text or whatever it is after I leave. I can be the only one checking out and she will occupied her phone first before ringing me up. Annoys the crap out of me because the prompt always has to wait for the cashier while she is busy texting. And I have to wait until she’s done fiddling with her phone just to get my stuff.
