Marisqueria Los Primos — Restaurant in Beltsville

So I call to get my food pick up and when I get there 25 min after food wasn’t ready I understand if is busy but the place had like 3 tables and workers on their phone anyway I wait another 5 min to get my food to get back to my house 20 min away and when I get there there is not silverware napkins or all the stuff that goes with the posole I still could live with that until I start trying my food and the posole was completely with no flavor and on top of that a couple pieces of meet swimming around thinking that it was only my food I ask my gf who has the same thing and it’s the same as well no meet on the container, so at this point I go back to the place told the server what happen and she goes to the window where she tell the cook exactly what I told her and him thinking I don’t speak Spanish says “si no le gusto que se valla a comprar a otro lado” so I keep my mouth shut so I order the birria tacos and the whole tilapia and when I get home there no salsa or tortilla for my fish so my appetite completely got lost and didn’t eat. Seriously the owner needs to address his personal and make sure they know how the cook how to speak and definitely they’re Attitude other wise he is going to lose his business like that !! I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at your establishment over the past three months. Despite my husband and I being regular customers who enjoy the food, the service has consistently fallen short of our expectations. Our visit on June 4, 2024, was particularly stressful and disappointing.

On this occasion, I had to leave my table to request a flan for dessert from the server, who failed to bring it to me. Despite waiting patiently for another 15 minutes, the dessert never arrived. I do not blame the server entirely, as it seems the root of the problem lies in the management's failure to ensure proper customer service.

In contrast, the Laurel location operates more efficiently, with customers placing orders as they come in, which sets clear expectations and provides a better experience. Implementing a similar system at this location could greatly improve the service.

We love the food at your restaurant, but the lack of proper service is disheartening. I hope you can address these issues and bring the service up to par with the quality...

Absolutely delicious AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD. Everything was so filling, hot, yummy, and beautiful. We found them Instagram and made the short drive only 30 minutes away for us. I had the corn tortilla tacos I had 5 😋😆. After eating 4, I had to have another. For an appetizer, we have the raw oysters that had shrimp and lobster (?) and a smokey salsa 😋 soooo delicious. We made it a family night, so our son had the chicken quesadilla he never eats them from any place. But he ate this one.
