The suya is great. I finished my bowl before getting home. It can be better especially with powdered pepper instead of the cooked one. It was oily and messy for a eat and drive. Also, the garnishing was missing, no onion, no tomatoes. Suya is incomplete without those.

It was my very first time visiting BrosJ Suya and I was very impressed. I ordered one tray but after tasting the suya, I immediately ordered a second tray. It was so perfectly seasoned and just the right texture. The pepper sauce is a bonus cuz the suya is delicious on its own. I enjoyed every bite.
