QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Bemidji

I came in to the restaurant bc I know I can eat there even tho I am dairy and gluten free. I asked the girl what was the difference between the nachos and the bowl. She said that they pored the cheese on the nachos and top it like a bowl. I told her I can’t do cheese can they put it on the side or omit it all the way. She told me no bc they would be considered a bowl. I told I can’t have cheese or gluten. I finished telling the workers what I wanted in my bowl. I asked the gentleman at the cash register about it. I believe it was the manager who came over and told me the same thing that even tho I am dairy free I can’t order the nachos and ask for cheese on side or not at all but I am more than welcome to purchase a side of chips so I can still have nachos. I asked her how much and she told the gentleman to ring it up. It was $2 for a tiny bag of chips. I said no thank you I can go to the store and get a full bag for less than $2. This was my safe space to eat out (which I do rarely since I am dairy/gluten free) since my husband wanted to try the new wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. Im not from the area, so when I saw Qdoba (mild obsession!) I stopped! I did not read previous reviews and based my review on what I saw. The facility was clean, tables clean, and nothing on the floor. I waited maybe 3 mins with 4 people in front of me. I ordered a steak and chicken quesadilla and a bowl identical to it. Gavin gave me 1 spoon of brown rice, I asked for more, he delivered. Bryce followed Gavin up and we joked because I asked for mild sauce, he thought I said medium, we laughed and moved in. Terrible experience this is my first time here and the girl who served me she had the oddesy to say would you like to have hot sauce on your food. And it's no Xtra charge!!!!🤔I looked at her and said i don't mind paying extra for anything my question to her how hot was it before she added to my food. She had such nerves!!!!
