Went to Parrilla for the first time in 2 years today- it looked totally different and ordering was different- I was pretty surprised- they used to have a chipotle style ordering system and now there are a handful of specific items on the menu. I got 2 burritos to share- the Nashville and the CBCB. Both were SO GOOD! I usually like custom ordering but took a chance and was glad I did. Iām so happy with the southern spin on a few items- though I do wish there were a pig-free Jambalaya option. The Nashville is kind of strange and totally amazing, and the CBCB is a typical burrito with good quality beef (so important) and plenty of flavor. I get why people are sad it has changed, but I avoided the place for a reason- the ski-broās already rule so much of Bend and the manic ordering style and packed/loud interior was too much for me... Iām glad I gave it another chance! Keep it up with the good...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust generally a great place to eat and experience especially if your here on vacation. Their food will make you want to come back to bend again and again. Their unique way of creating food and long last friendships with customers makes this one of the best places in town. I owe many great evenings and lunches to this restaurant with friends and family. My oldest daughter is a very picky eater but never is when we come to eat in or get an order to go, I always know she will eat her whole meal when we have food from parrilla!! Oh and even when its warm out make sure to try their a amazing clam chowder. I am a very picky person when it comes down to that specific kind of soup and have always preferred to eat only my families recipe for clam chowder, until the day came that I tasted this amazing soup!! While you are in there make sure to ask for a sample! It goes very well with any of their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would call this place a burrito bar........ but there are so many yummy choices to choose from that it is so much more. Tacos, Nachos, burritos, wraps...... so many ingredients to choose from. It is a assembly line style restaurant and it was pretty busy when we visited on a Friday night around 8:30pm. The line was out the door, but moved along fairly quickly. There isn't really much customer service to speak of since there is no table service, but the assembly line folks were very quick and efficient and in a place like this that is important. Took us awhile to decide since there were so many choices. We decided on the Chicken Fajita wrap and the Jambalaya wrap - both were so yummy! And they are huge! We had plenty left over for lunch the next day. I wish I had taken some pictures.... we will be back...
