B&B Bagel House — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

Barely wanted to give it a star. this is probably the 4th time i've given this place a chance, and every time i am disappointed, so i definitely wont be returning. Long wait times even when you order ahead. They move at snails pace even with a full lobby. Today it was they don't have any bagels because of large orders, well normal businesses would prepare ahead of time knowing they have large orders. every single bagel i ordered had to be replaced with something different because they didn't have any of the ones i requested. Thankfully i checked my bag before i left, because they almost didnt give me half the stuff i ordered. Do yourself a favor and find a more quality bagel shop that has the turn around of quick morning stop. at this point i rather drive out of my way to Jersey for a better bagel, or start going back to redhouse which is out of the way. Place was absolutely terrible. Will never recommend or ever go here again. Ordered over the phone. We ordered 4 bagels....after the man answered the phone and we told him each bagel, after each one he said, is that all, and seemed to get frustrated in his tone. He then ended the call by saying "okay have a good day" without giving us a price, or time range nothing. We get there and the lobby was filled with 20 people. I understand it's a newer business who will go through kinks, but the wait was over 45 minutes and all customers in lobby were going through the same. After we finally get the order and $30 later, all 4 bagels/sandwiches were NOT EVEN CLOSE to what we ordered. Bagels weren't toasted, and they included nothing that we asked on the bagels. My husband picked up bagels here because where we usually go was closed so we figured we give you a try. I had an everything bagel with a generous amount of cream cheese on it. It was OK. I was very disappointed in the fact that we asked for it to be toasted, and it was definitely not toasted. If the bagel was warm, it would have melted the cream cheese a little bit instead of having me biting into thick cold cream cheese. I would like to give you guys another try another time but right now I will have to say it was good but nothing that would make me come running back again.
