Wawa — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

Initially did not want to say anything. But I had went in around 8:30pm on a Monday night (8-4-2025) was refused cigarettes because of only having the Penndot PA issued camera card due to my license being expired. I showed both and was refused cigarettes even though I am 32 years old. It wasn't the cashier. It was whoever was in charge of her working behind the register. You could hear the woman complaining about having to work the minute I walked in. Completely rude, I have used my scannable PA Gov Penndot Camera Card at plenty of other establishments including different Wawa's, the woman claimed that "Wawa is not allowed to scam them", which is bullshit. Just a miserable woman who shouldn't be in customer service. Typical snarky attitude like she is the only one that has to work for a living. I cannot believe she lied to me. Even her coworker looked on in disbelief. I was 100% discriminated against. I also got a sandwich from there not to long ago. Two young girls making the sandwich completely ruined it and added a bunch of ingredients I didn't ask for. I don't want to see this Wawa close down, but seriously, get the right people working. Such an ignorant woman who I guess "WORKS SOOOOO HARD" at Wawa that she had to lie because she didn't like the way I look. Once again, 8:30 pm, Monday, AUGUST 4th, 2025. I have been to this location many a times. Today when I ordered the pizza and requested the girl with dark golden hair, short about overcooking the pizza, she bluntly said no and then I said I have had it before with such request here before (and probably any place you would go) then "why" and she just said "you can't get it". She gave a stare. I didn't say anything further and spoke to another lady near the entrance. She told that I could talk to Manager but I said I didn't want to create any issue one on one.
