4.5 stars! I ordered food. Delivery very prompt. Received food in less than 30 min. Food was hot. Wanton soup was delicious. Rice was fresh and not sticky. Loved the chicken lo mein. General Tso was good. Texture was like real fresh chicken. Not a fan of many Chinese resturants in Philly because their chicken & steak dont taste right and texture is off. Wasnt too fond of the egg roll. Both my teenagers and my other adult son enjoyed the food. Homemade mustard and ducknsauce was awesome mych better than the packaged stuff. Didnt get the crunchy noodles with the soup. Somewhat a little pricer than other chinese resturants. However dont mind paying a few extra $ for fresh, hot, good to excellent food. We only tried a few dishes so only giving 4 stars. Will try a few more dishes and if they are just as good will...
Read moreThis place is my biggest disappointment. I'm used to Asian food being usually delicious. This restaurant has a good rating, so we ordered 4 dishes with high confidence. And ALL of them were tasteless or tasted bad! The soup was just starch. Peking duck was too fatty and overcooked, all I could feel - is the taste of grease. Seafood and lobster on a hot plate were like jelly, all without their own flavor. And this is a chef's special! Even the rice (!) was bad. Fried dumplings - instead of filling - half-raw dough and a little bit of chicken. The only thing that was good was the complimentary tea. If I could give a separate rating to the staff, I would give the highest rating to our waiter. But, unfortunately, even his efforts did not change the overall unpleasant impression of the kitchen and the regret for the...
Read moreThis place is terrible! We decided to go there for a birthday dinner and it was a fail from the time we sat down! We were rushed to order food and the waiter couldn’t even explain what a dish was…. It is byob which they do provide glasses but the waiter also dumped water into my wine!!!! We had 3 to our party which 2 of us ordered combination platters which the rice was messed up on both and then my husband couldn’t substitute his white rice for pork fried so we ordered a “side” of pork fried rice which they charged us 12.95 I have never ever been to any Chinese place and was charged that much for rice! Not even Japanese charges that it was more then one of our meals!!!! Absolute disaster ! I do not recommend this place unless you want tasteless over charged unorganized food...
