They took my Samsung tv for repair and it took 2 weeks for them to bring it back.. when they did my screen is cracked!!! That wasnât or my issue at all the problem with my tv was that it wouldnât turn on and it was determined that it was the power source.. now I have to wait God knows how long for them to fix my screen. Then when I called to find out what happens to my tv all they could say was accidents happen and they initially tried to deny that the cracked screen was their fault. I believe the repair guy must have called while I was on the phone because she began to sing a different tune.. Once I get my tv back I wonât be buying another Samsung product since this is who they referred me to for repair and I definitely donât recommend them!!!!
Response to owner: I did not have issues with another repair company and yes my tv was still under warranty so there would have been no cost to me, however you guys damaged my tv when it was being delivered and at first tried to blame me. They donât even deserve one star. I took my TV there to be repaired because my 40 inch TV wasnât turning on they charge me $40 to see what was wrong with it and then they charge me 180 dollars to repair it which is over $200 and I shouldâve just went out and bought a brand new TV. They said the motherboard needed to be replaced so they replace the motherboard when I got my TV back. I had a black line going down the TV I called them and let them know right away. I took my TV back and they said they would fix it and itâs been over 2 months and I still didnât get my tv back yet, they keep saying oh weâre waiting for it to be repaired. I get so many different excuses at this point right now Iâm trying to do a charge back with my bank and Iâm gonna take them to small âclaims court because this is ridiculous. After that date I made several calls inquiring about delivery and was given different conflicting stories as to why the tv repair status was not available. Finally tv was delivered on 7/17/2019 (without the power cord). Ed (picked up and delivered the tv) was adamant that he did not take the power cord. I am positive that he did. Therefore, I had no way of testing to insure that the tv was working properly. He called his office and the woman told him to tell me they would mail out a power cord that day. Since this is a 60 inch tv mounted on the wall I express my dilemma of not being able to install the cord as I am 76 years old and unable to move the tv. They offered no solution.
