I've lived in Bensalem for 20 years and have always heard about Dom's but have never been. Today I happened to be in the area and went on a whim. While the place is super tiny and has obviously been there a long time, the food was fantastic! This is definitely meant to be more of a takeout place with only two or three tables for seating. I ordered a broiled shrimp and scallop platter and my husband had a fried shrimp platter. We also shared crab stuffed mushrooms, which were incredible 🙂. Prices were reasonable, platters had plenty of seafood and even came with two side dishes. We did eat in, so the food was nice and hot. I'm not a huge fan of ordering fried foods to go because they tend to get soggy sitting in the takeout containers; but if you live close by, I'm sure ordering ahead and bringing it home, it would still be fine. Next time (and there definitely will be the next time) I think I will order some pre-made items but cook them up at home since I live about 20 minutes away. Will also need to pick up some cream of crab soup. So many things to try! Hmmm ... Now I'm hungry again after writing this review 🙂
