Paid for a $70 1/4 sheet vanilla pound cake. Cut into the cake and it was half chocolate and half vanilla. One of the guests couldn’t even eat chocolate which is why we ordered vanilla pound cake. They also asked for the cake back. I wasn’t about to bring the cake back after it was already cut for a very excited 2 year olds birthday. What we’re they going to do with the cake? Resell what they could save? They never fixed the issue in the first place of replacing the correct cake we ordered. They just offered $10…in place of a $70 pound cake. I’m also disgusted at how the issue was dealt with. Rude customer service. Absolutely disgraceful. We’ve been customers for over 20 years and I understand that businesses are “understaffed” and that “butter and eggs are expensive and that you have to make sacrifices” but we paid for a product we didn’t receive. Horrible customer service !! I stopped to purchase a dozen donuts for my doctors office as a treat. I was shocked that the pice was $25.00 a dozen . I bought them anyway because I figured I was only doing this once. I gave them to the office staff on Thursday. I had a follow up appointment with the doctor the following Tuesday and I was mortified to find out that the donuts were stale and tasted horrible. The one doctor even had gotten sick after eating one!! I was mortified and embarrassed. I stopped there on my way home and the exact girl who sold me the donuts waited on me. I told her the situation and she spoke to an older woman in the back and she came out and offered me another dozen donuts and asked me to bring the old ones back.. Are u kidding me ? I wanted my money back and they refused .. what a horrible bakery !! I would NOT recommend them to anyone !! Never did I think I would ever be RAILROADED by a bakery. Everything you want on your cake is an upcharge or additional. Even basic things like airbrush the icing; something that grocery stores INCLUDE(along with decorations) in the price of a $25 half sheet cake! I even brought my own cake decorations and said I'd bring in edible decorations but they still wanted to charge me $20 just to put it on! I wanted my son's name, a five letter word in fondant and it was $10 per letter! Ridiculous. Basically for the base price of $50 you get a plain white, half sheet cake with nothing on it! What's even better is I got a cake here less than a year ago which had decorations I provided and it was only about $30-$40 and it was the same size, airbrushed, iced and decorated well!!! Unbelievable, so disappointed with this bakery that I will never make a purchase...
