Rajni Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

We decided to visit this restaurant located in Bensalem, PA, mainly because it offered Dosas. We went for lunch, and the place wasn’t busy at all—we were seated immediately. They had tons of variations, especially in South Indian cuisine. If you're a dosa lover, this place has plenty of options to choose from. I ordered the Mysore Dosa, while my wife got the spicier version called Andhra Karam Dosa. For each dosa, there was an extra $1 charge to stuff it with potato masala. I also ordered the Chili Chicken (dry version).

The dosas came out super big! Each one was served with Sambar, Coconut Chutney, Tomato Chutney, and Peanut Chutney. The Mysore Dosa tasted great and had a nice spicy kick, but my wife’s Andhra Dosa is definitely for those who really love heat. My only issue was that I wished there was more potato masala inside—I ended up ordering a bit more for a small additional charge. I asked for the Chili Chicken to be mildly spicy, and it was full of flavor with just the right amount of heat.

The service was good. The host/waiter was very friendly and provided great service. The server who brought out the food was also polite and quick with any requests.

The atmosphere was average—nothing too special. It had a typical Indian restaurant vibe. The artwork on the walls was really nice to look at. There was no music, which made the room a bit too quiet—you could easily hear conversations from other tables.

Overall, the food was amazing, and this is definitely a place we’ll either visit again or order...

For all Asian food lovers If you want to try out a delightful dining experience “Rajni” is the place. After ages Bensalem has got an authentic recipe restaurant where every dish is prepared with flavors that just burst in your mouth. The variety in the menu and wide range of options is the highlight. Along with the traditional Dosa they have some very unique recipe dosa too which is served with 3-4 different types of Chatni and Sambhar, . other dishes likely, Medu Vada, Crispy Pakora, Veg & Non Veg Starters, gravys, chicken , fish and mutton dishes, biryanis, dessert , falooda, lassi are simply outstanding. The pricing is pocket friendly and quantity of dishes are large. Value for every penny spend. All the dishes are unique and made according to your taste palate. Restaurant is clean & hygienic. Staff members are very polite and hospitable. They take utmost care of every customer and make sure that the experiences is pleasant. Today was my second visit in a week. Shoutout to all. If you really crave for authentic South Indian vegetarian and Non- vegetarian dishes then “Rajni” is one of the finest restaurant that is come up in Bensalem. It’s a renowned brand with multiple outlets all over USA. Their menu is so versatile and I would call it one stop place for everyone. South Indian is there USP but it does not just end there, they have vast verity of North Indian, Chinese fare aswell. We tried the ultimate Mutton Ghee Roast, Flacky kerela parotha and the Eral Thokku Dosa (Chicken & shrimp filling dosa ). The food is simply finger licking. For all the sweet lovers please try the Tender coconut payassam. To end with an authentic experience Filter Coffee in a Ram patra transported me directly to India. I bet your one visit will turn into multiple visit as the quality, quantity and value for money meal is rare in Bensalem.
