Randazzo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

We do like Randazzo's food very much, but every time we order from them something is wrong with that order. The calzone fillings are incorrect, for example, or the type of wing sauce. We never complained because we really aren't that type. Tonight we ordered a Sicilian, as part of a pickup. Although the first question is 'pickup or delivery' and I said pickup, the gentleman taking the order thought it was for delivery. OK fine, it was good fortune I realized that error before the end of the call. Then when my husband brought home the order, they had made a Brooklyn. This was just the last straw, so I had to call to let them know. After disagreeing with me about what was ordered, the only option given was to return the Brooklyn and they would make the regular Sicilian. We had already waited 35 minutes to get this order and everyone was starving, so we ended up declining. (Plus it's not worth the risk of someone spitting on our pizza!) Their food is good, but we are tired of having a mistake every single time we order from Randazzo's, so we will not be...

UPDATE- tried today, June 3, ordered online, charged me from slice, husband went to pick up and NO garlic bread!! Charged me for it, and when husband asked why it is on their menu, 'TOO BUSY TO CHANGE IT" If I could give them a 0, I would!!!

First time I tried this place, I asked the girl for thin crust. Got regular. Ok. not happy but would give it another try. Called a few times during the day and my hoagie was fine. Ordered pizza and hoagie tonight with same girl. Told her thin crust and what I wanted and didn't want on hoagie. She repeated it, it was wrong, told her again and so on for 2 more times. Finally got it right, or, so I thought. Food delivered, pizza not really that thin but ok. went to open hoagie- Not only did they put cheese on it, when I specifically said NO cheese, they melted it all over the roll so I couldn't even take it off. Not sure I will go back there even though they are around the corner. The owner didn't get it either and blamed the driver. Not drivers fault he brought...

I order from Randazzos frequently because i eat low carb and their wings are always unbreaded. Today the wings were breaded and i ordered 50 wings so i called and asked them when they started breading them and they said this order is breaded and they apologized and told me to get my refund through Grubhub where i placed my order. Grubhub refunded me the wings and i threw them out because we don’t eat them. A few minutes later randazzo called back and asked if they can come collect the wings as a courtesy to their boss since we ordered so many wings and didn’t pay. I told him i threw them out and he was annoyed so i said should i just cancel my refund because i had no idea you would have wanted them back and someone should have said that when i called to complain and i was told to get the refund.
