QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

The food was not bad I give it an 7.8 good flavor the steak was just perfect tender and juicy a little on a spicy side I wasn't expecting such a kick but I like hot I like spicy and don't have an issue with it. The overall service was 7.8 I like that the manager was helping out and help staff fill orders. Space nice and clean I wish it was bigger but nice lunch spot. I wish the food wasade on the spot vis preade. Being that it's Mexican i was thinking it was a authentic Mexican restaurant but it didn't give me that vibes it gave me more of a fast food restaurant but on a higher end I would have liked if there was more of the Mexican culture incorporated into the store as well as in their staff. I know that today was their grand opening but the music in the store was a little overwhelming being that the space was a little smaller I think that they should have planned that out a little better maybe set up outside it wasn't too hot today I think that they should have did something outside to bring in more customers because if it wasn't for me stopping in today based off in an emergency I would have never known that the store was in that location all the staff were great you could tell that most of the staff were still learning but they worked as a team and I like that they supported each other and they had good customer service. The one lady I don't remember her name but she look to have just arrived she had on yellow lol 😂 ... she jumped in and got this flowing loved it because I don't like to wait for long time ....she looked to have had twist or locks in her hair, as she was taking orders but she also repeat what we ask for in now that was great because the music was a little overwhelming but she got the job done ✅. First time visit and last. Wish I could give zero stars. Went to get a buy one get one entree with the coupon that was mailed to my house. Gave the coupon, paid and noticed the coupon wasn’t taken off. Everyone played dumb as to where the coupon was and turns out the girl threw it in the trash instead of honoring the coupon. Waited 5 minutes for a guy to come out to ask me to write my name and number down so a manger could call me the next day and said “in the meantime, here’s a coupon for a free entree” Nobody ever called me and I probably can’t even use the coupon since it looks like it was redeemed already. Edit: looks like they finally added the ability to use gift cards for online orders. And my last bowl was filled to the BRIM - great improvements!! 5 stars!

Can management please look into why I can’t use a Qdoba gift card online at this location? On the app or website if I switch to a different Qdoba location the “add gift card” option appears during payment but when I choose this location it disappears in app/online and only lets you pay with a credit card.

Edit: when I got in touch per their review response all they did was confirm that this location opts out of online gift card payment. (You can use in store but not in the app/website for pickup like I want to). They don’t tell you stores can opt out of that when you buy Qdoba gift cards, it says they can be used online/in app....
