Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

So I came to this Chick-fil-A last night to place an order in the drive-through and when I got home of course I realized I was missing half of my order so I called the store and the manager Ross said that I could come back and just get a complementary meals for what I was missing with my receipt. I was missing chicken tenders from the meals Ross said that since it was their fault they messed up my order I can come back and just receive both meals complementary again with fries and a drink so I waited in the drive-through mind you I do live in the city so I’m about 30 minutes away but I’m irritated how I had to pay for my order and didn’t get it so I came back.. they just gave me the order of chicken tenders they did not complement me on any fries any drink anything extra like he said including cookies. I don’t like people charity nor do I like anything handed to me for free but I feel like since it was their inconvenience and the manager told me what he said over the phone that’s the least they could’ve did Speaking for the fact that yesterday all I had was a Sprite and fries and not...

Couldn’t imagine giving this Chick-fil-A (or any other Chick-fil-A, for that matter! LOL) anything less than 5⭐️! Always the most professional, thorough, pleasant, kind, classy, & speedy staff around! We are almost always in & out — be it an eat-in occasion or a drive-through/take out occasion. Most impressive is that the last time my family & I ate in at this location, not only did they have the usual cutlery, condiments, etc. out & available for use whilst eating in, but they also had little 4 packs of crayons & small little cups with lids containing cheerios for all the little rugrats that come through! I thought that was such a lovely, wonderful & thoughtful touch that I had never seen at another fast food joint ever before. Oh, AND! Don’t even get me started on the food!!! Try it once, if you dare ……. ‘Cuz I have a little hunch that VERY soon after that first taste, you’ll begin making this joint a verrry frequent stop in your daily routine — it’ll be burning holes in your pockets before ya know it! 😂 MONEY WELL...

At this location (the address listed on Google Maps is WRONG. CORRECT ADDRESS: It is on Horizon Blvd. but it's in Trevose PA 19053) I always use the drive through, but the staff is always friendly. If an order was wrong they are always accommodating & willing to fix / replace the item / order. The lemonade is natural, fresh daily, refreshing & delicious! The waffle fries are light, fresh & never greasy. The waffle fries are so good a lot of times I can eat them without ketchup (& just a little salt). I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich (with extra pickles). The entire sandwich is absolutely mouthwatering!! The chicken breast is extremely lean & seasoned perfectly. I don't know what type of bun they use but it's delish & goes perfectly with the taste of the chicken / spices. I don't go there much because it is a little pricey (maybe a few times a month). I feel much better eating chicken sandwiches from here than somewhere...
