New Bentleyville Tavern — Restaurant in Bentleyville

Dont go to this bar. As soon as you walk in you can smell garbage. Half of the floor tiles are coming off. Parts of the bar top are peeling off. The cooler doesn't work, so chances are the only thing you can drink is draft beer. The place just isn't taken care of. You can tell they dont clean it well. The mens room has a hole in the ceiling from a bad water leak from the floor above and the owner convers it with a small beer sign. The patrons are polite friendly and welcoming. But the bar itself is a very depressing atmosphere. The walk into the bar from the parking lot is even depressing. The dumpster is at the front of the driveway and they dint clean around it. They keep barrels of old cooking oil in drums next to it. It smells very bad. They have random items sitting next to the building to look at when you walk in . Including metal drums for burning which have obviously been sitting in the same spots for a very long time because they are all decaying and full of stinking ash and garbage. And a rusted broken grill right next to the door. My best advice visit the bar across the street"black Angus inn" or the "crazy horse hotel"...

Mngmt should consider hiring staff w/face to face communication abilities. Server ignored me for hours, hid in the kitchen even tho no customers. I am a big tipper when staff takes time to converse with me and make me feel at home. I asked for a refill. Destiny AKA Cam cashed me out w/no communication about why not served. Such a gem! Good food and an ample supply of every liquor out there! The bartender, Sarah I believe her name was, never let any drinks sit empty for more than 3 seconds. That girl CAN move! Amazing personality and superb customer skills! Music was playing and they have a pool table and darts. Will return and may even join MUG CLUB. Ask about it next time you visit!!
