So myself along with 4 other adults and 7 kids, were having a good time bowling tonight until the bartender falsely accused my buddy of stealing a beer after he spent over $200 on food, drinks, and bowling, not to mention this was the third week in a row he had been there spending similar amounts of money, with intentions of returning for weeks to come. It's amazing to me that you would treat a customer with such disrespect after they were clearly willing to spend money at your business. If I were the owner of this place and found out how my employee treated a customer that was dropping money without hesitation, they would be looking for a new job. I will also point out that there was only one other family bowling while we were there so it's not like this place had people knocking down the door to get in. We clearly won't be back and I would not recommend this place for anyone else until they get a new bartender, owner, manager, or whatever this...

I used to frequent this bowling alley for more than a year. I always found mostly positives about it until recently. The owners daughter accused my friend of stealing a pair of bowling shoes, because he had accidentally walked out with them in his hand. Upon apologizing and handing them to her, she began cursing at him and calling him profanities. In my own experience with the owners, I have been accused of breaking their lanes which often malfunction resulting in what appears to be user mistake, even though it is actually a lack of proper lane maintenance. I feel quite offended and insulted that after supporting this small business for over a year... regularly... especially in the summer months when me and my friends would be the only people there, buying drinks / food and multiple games. I am dissatisfied and shocked that we were treated with such disrespect and such absurd accusations even while being seen...
