Dollar General — Local services in Bentleyville

I shop here but the place sucks. It's convinent for me that's the only reason I bother coming here. You'll wait around on a cashier for 5-10 minutes usually and the self checkout hasn't been functional since they installed it. I've been in a line of people and the cashier has walked off for 5 minutes for no good reason. They seem to cycle through new employees weekly. It's almost every time I'm in here it's someone new and that's annoying because they seem to mess up a lot on sale prices. The place is very over crowded and they tend to leave the stocking carts cluttered about the aisles. It's a dirty run down store. I think I'll start venturing into town to the family...

I'm just about a daily shopper here lol! The staff is very pleasant and helpful always!! Since the store was reorganized, it's easier to get around, however, the building has always needed some extra space for the quantity of items! Shockingly, as a dollar store, some priced items aren't actuality cheaper, but I know it's more so having options of your cheaper store brands verse the original brand names, and not everything for a dollar! Tried to buy 4 $25 gift cards one did not register and we tried 2 other ones, and i ended up getting 3 because the other one would not register which would've been fine. Except for the fact that they handed me two of them that were supposed to be returned i got home tried them and two did not work and i found it on the receipt that it was their error and they said they cannot do anything for me. So I am out of 50 dollars when the receipt says that i was supposed to be refunded for...
