Cake was very moist and very beautiful The Baker did amazing job I'm highly recommend them to do and decorate your cake The whipped icing was perfect So after a bad morning this was well worth it I appreciate the Baker going above and beyond for me to make this special for my aunt So I give it 4 stores Everyone this morning woke up on wrong side of the bed!! 2nd time i got someone rude & cranky..This Lady elderly on phone when I was ordering was so rude like I was asking a lot.. I was 2 seconds from not ordering from them too just like the other lady this morning already, I said no thanks I'll get it somewhere else have a better day, hung up. This lady I did say forget it on the order then she said ill see if the lady can do it but still was like I was asking for a lot. These 2 lady's really ruined my morning only 830am with their poor service ugh I should just hung up again, this year ppl not...

I honestly wish I could give this store a NEGATIVE number! I ordered a cake online for my mom’s birthday on Wednesday to be ready for today, Friday at 2 pm. I received a confirmation that it was received AND confirmation that it was ready! Showed up... no cake! I understand things happen but the ladies just said nope we don’t have a cake for you! No I’m sorry, feeling bad. Then the owner comes up and proceeds to tell me that he was never copied on my order... like it’s my fault! They did offer me a cake from the cooler... I ordered a filled quarter sheet cake - not really comparable! And they did offer their manager to come in and make it. I was done and said no... I also didn’t want to take my newborn son out AGAIN to get the cake. SOOOO...

Just walked over from the truck stop, nearby, to pick up a few things. Thought it might be a bit more price friendly. NOT AT ALL. Very dissatisfied. Plus. Every employee or shopper I passed or smiled at, was rude or dismissive. I’m from NC, and although people there are like that, in some instances (it is unfortunately the times we currently live in), the people in this store, brought it to the next level. The cashier was the worst though. VERY unfriendly and unprofessional. I may not live in this area. But I do frequent this truck stop quite often. I will be sure to not return to this location.
