Employees looked miserable. Girl at the register asked if we were trying to order something not even listed on the menu. Syrups not listed on the menu, ridiculous. Matcha was waaaay too sweet and diluted. They used a concentrate that had clearly settled. The shots they used were BAD, not dialed...
