Tonight, I drove 30 minutes each way because my family SPECIFICALLY wanted arbys. I decided it was worth the drive to treat all of us. The woman on drive through was extremely mediocre. She asked me to place my order when I was ready, then asked "is that all" after each item, making me feel rushed and unwelcome. When I got to the window, i wasn't greeted, but instead presented with a grumpy employee who rambled off my total with zero warmth. She then handed me my jamocah shakes (that were pretty much vanilla icecream in a cup; luckily they melted some on my 30 minute drive, so not so bad) with no comment or enthusiasm. Then she handed out our food, with a quick unmeaningful thank you and had the window almost closed before I had the chance to ask for arbys and horsey sauce. I thanked her and told her to have a great night, and sure enough, the window was closed before i even finished my sentence. I was appalled by the rudeness. I've worked in the fast food industry off and on for the last 14 years, and I couldn't even fathom treating a customer so impersonally, regardless of how bad of a day I had had. One would think that a company that relys on customer satisfaction, would hire employees that actually APPRECIATE the buisness that pays their bills! Maybe next time I'll treat myself to Hardee's, so atleast my patronage comes with a smile. Shame on you arbys of...

We didn't realize it until we got home when we saw that my husband didn't have his food and we didn't get another item we had ordered. I called but this situation was not remedied. On our next visit, the drive thru worker was extremely rude. My husband and I were actually shocked how rude she was and we have decided to not go back. I tried to call to talk to someone about these things but no one answers the phone (3x, different days, ringing and ringing). Shorting our food was a mistake but the way it was handled and the rude employee on our most recent visit are not ok. We are a big family and usually spend about $40-$50 here.
