I'm not sure why this particular store has a good rating. I was a loyal Braum's customer for years when I lived in Oklahoma. The service was always good, hamburgers were excellent, and their non fat milk was delicious. The employees were friendly and I even knew them by first name. In 15 years I never had a bad experience. I went there regularly in the morning for their breakfast yogurt.
Fast forward to the Bentonville Braum's. My first experience there last year resulted in me purchasing soured milk and no ice cream because the freezer was empty. We live over 10 mies from the store so I just chalked it up to a one time bad experience.
My next experience was to purchase their breakfast yogurt. I got there at 10:20am and was informed by the server that they were no longer serving breakfast. Instead of arguing with the monotone less than friendly employee about the time, I asked why the time mattered because the breakfast yogurt did not contain any ingredients that were not used all day.
I guess the ingredients won't mix after breakfast due to some time sensitive universe laws of physics that repels any attempt to mix them.I decided Braum's will only get my business sporadically for their unique non fat milk ( hoping it's not spoiled again).
Two weeks ago days ago, I went to the Bentonville Braum's looking for their Cappuccino Chocolate ice cream. I went to the ice cream area and could not find it so I asked an employee if he knew when they were getting some in. The employee said he had never heard of the flavor, turned around and walked off, going in the back office area. I assume taxing his brain was just too much for him and he needed a break.
Two days ago I went to Braum's to buy more milk. No ice cream because the ice cream freezer section was completely empty. There was no one at the food checkout counter so I went to the ice cream area and tried to pay. The male employee told me I had to go to the food checkout counter. I told him there was no one there and he said, "then you need to wait there until I get someone". Not the least bit friendly!
He sent a girl from his area to wait on me. This employee apparently hates working and dealing with customers. She took my milk, rang it up, put it in a bag and turned around and walked off. She never said two words to me and didn't even look at me. As she was leaving, I said loudly... "Thank you. Have a nice day!! She never responded and never even acknowledge me. What ever happened to friendly service, Braum's?
The Bentonville Braum's must be a terrible place to work since in the 6 times I have been there, I have yet to meet even a "semi friendly" employee. Dealing with the Bentonville Braum's is almost as unpleasant as dealing with the IRS.
I would never recommend this place to a friend. If only Dairy...

First off, there were workers sitting down but the open tables were not wiped or cleaned off, we struggled to find somewhere to sit and settled for a crumb covered table. There were many flies around which was kind of disgusting and I almost slipped on a grease spot on the floor, needless to say, someone should have cleared the tables of trash. Secondly, when ordering, The worker Kamoyn ? I believe was her name; at register was very rude. She wouldn't fix my order to what I wanted at all and her reason was because she said she "assumed" I meant something else? What kind of reasoning is that? I hadn't even paid and could've easily been changed on computer but instead she made me pay for something I didn't even want and got an attitude with me for even asking for a simple combo. If the customer tells you what they want then you shouldn't argue against what they ask for. When the order was ready they didn't even call it, just slammed the tray down and walked away to talk with some other girls in the corner and left it sitting. very disappointing "customer service" to say the least. The bathroom was also an issue because it was dirty and had flies in it as well. I used to really like Braum's so maybe this location is just a bad one. I didn't see a manager or I would've probably complained. I didn't even end up eating the meal because of how dissatisfied with service and atmosphere I was. I don't recommend this place whatsoever. Read moreI really wanted to give this place a better review, but honestly Im pretty upset due to the fact I walk in every few days on my 15 minute lunch break to get food and while I usually get my food within a couple minutes I have stood there ignored by employees for a few minutes before or felt like my order was forgotten. Ive also had certain employees attempt to serve me that obviously had zero cashier experience as they didnt ask me 'to go' or 'for here' and thus took extra time bagging my food off a tray. They also have mischarged me for canned soda before(3$ instead of 80cents). Most of my bitterness resides in the fact I called a couple days ago stating I'd walk in within five minutes and want to place my order over the phone so it would be ready immediately(15 minute break doesnt give me 10 minutes to stand there waiting and the ability to eat in 5). The person who answered told me they don't do that and Ill just have to come thru the drive and wait. This is the ONLY location Ive been to that out right denied to do something so simple and it just feels rude! The food is pretty bland, the fries are the best part as long as their fresh and they usually are. I cant really call the employees rude or nice, certain ones are better then others and it really shows in attitude and work ethics.
