Fruitealicious Bubble Tea & Smoothies — Restaurant in Bentonville

I was there a few days ago on a doordash pick up apparently right before I got to pick up my order the staff opened the freezer door to grab my order out and it felt all over then I walked in. The staff apologized immediately and said that they would get the order ready for me as soon as they could. Within 2 minutes or less my order was ready and I was on my way to my delivery for the customer. I walked out of the establishment and I turned around and walk back in. Reason being I have never in a very long time entered a establishment and had such an upbeat positive young crew wait on me as this staff they were super busy and an honest mistake made. My order being spilled out onto the counter and floor and yet they were positive,upbeat about it and not only did they fix it quickly but within a minute I was totally blown away by this staff these team members obviously had good upbringing and furthermore has a good management team I have never had a product from this establishment but because of my experience on a doordash I will be bringing my family here very soon to try products from this establishment on a personal level thank you to the staff you went above and beyond and totally blue all expectations away in this time of lets just call it people not wanting to work because they're getting a free check. Had a super weird experience here, walked in (they had zero customers inside and in the drive thru for context) and my fiance and I waited probably 5 minutes before anyone would acknowledge us. When we finally got our order taken the lady made one of our drinks then just decided to take a break or something? We used to come here often but there must be a lot of turnover lately, because nobody even greeted us or said they would be with us in a minute. So many different options for teas. In so used to seeing milk tea or green/black tea but they also have lemonades, coffees, and chrysanthemum as bases. There’s over 40 flavor options. You can even do a blend of multiple flavors and as many mixers as you’d like. It was my first time trying the aloe vera bits and that was a really good additive with my tapioca. I definitely recommend trying the chrysanthemum base tea and moving your heart out with the flavors. The staff are very thorough and knowledgeable for the most part about the tea and what you can/can’t put in there. They even have a drive thru. Never saw that before.
