Five Guys — Restaurant in Bentonville

Ordered food from GrubHub and was notified after 8pm that they were out of cheese and per the staff member "sorry no one noticed we were out of cheese at the start of night shift and we have someone going to another store to get cheese". Remind you they close in 1 1/2 hrs and just now going to get cheese for a burger restaurant. Asked to speak with manager which made it worse he could not confirm if our order was sent out or not. asked if he could reduce our price due to differential pricing between hamburger vs cheeseburger. Manager stated they could not do that either. Asked atleast could they offer fries but again could not confirm where our order was. Manager stated he could do something in future after speaking with General Manager but never asked me name!! ...Finally received the order from Grub Hub and food was cold and order was not even right when received!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT! If you don't have proper items for orders then don't allow it to be ordered or ask people to wait for their orders until their staff gets back from the Pinnacle Area which he could not give a time. First off, I wanna say I understand this place is brand new and things can’t be absolutely perfect right off the bat. I love Five Guys, but I have a couple of things to note.

My burger was a bit lukewarm. No big deal, I was getting a burger at 8:00 at night after all. But then I noticed a rough smell: grill cleaner. As someone who works with food as well, nothing else smells like it. I get that it’s still edible, but it isn’t exactly the most appetizing smell when you work with food.

Also, the fries weren’t the generous portions that I’m used to. Maybe things have just changed, but I got a lot less in a regular order of fries than I got at the other location in Rogers a couple of months ago.

All that being said, I know this is still a new location, and I want to see it get better. Love the restaurant, but this isn’t up to the usual...

Although these are some of the nicest people at times ; they simply do not have good service I could make a very huge extensive list of hundreds( of other restaurants )literally that would be better at my handling the problem I had coming here recently; and this time the fries were burnt and tasted like sh; update hours later can still taste burnt sh not eating here ever again no big deal not even mad friend got me hooked on grabbing food here but it’s not worth it because many other restaurants don’t make quality mistakes this bad and is so overpriced here it’s not like it’s gourmet food it’s mediocre if you like their burgers great I never had a good burger here just wanted something different but very quickly burnt out on this fad restaurant faster than anywhere...
