My wife was craving “a big salad” and we heard about this place. There’s many good things about this place. We went about 5:30 on a Friday night and no wait. As a fast casual they move the line really well. So my 4 stars is because I am evaluating the dining experience. So let’s break it down Food quality - 4 stars. Not that it isn’t fresh. Definitely fresh but flavor was ok, not bad but not one that you say, OMG. I will give a shout out for the flavored tea. They were really good. Guest service - 3.5 stars. Nice kids but you could have had robots doing the work for how little engagement they had with the guest. Again - speed was great but no warm feeling that they wanted us there. I’d just help the staff think about their engagement. Ambiance - cha-Ching….. 5 stars. Loved the outdoor seating, the inside cleanliness, the fresh look, the music. Great set up, good use of space. I mean it’s fast casual so you have to expect limited dining seating but nice set up. Bonus category - Bathroom. 5 stars. Was clean, nice sink and a plant. Who has real plants in the bathroom. Number 1 negative...they don't take cash! I despise a company that doesn't take the legal tender of my own country, very un-American and it's also very discriminatory against lower income people who don't have a debit or credit card. Gross. Number 2 negative...over priced ok salad. Nearly $16 for a medium size salad that isn't even organic!? No thanks. I can go to Walmart and buy non organic greens sprayed with roundup and get a lot more for $16, not that I would because non-organic veggies lol...yuck! Negative number 3...told the guys making the salad that we were gonna share a salad, they could have give us 2 bowls or a plate or something so we didn't have to eat out of the same bowl but nope. Negative number 4...atmosphere was kinda creepy because 3 older managers sat at the entrance table all with giant Walmart fountain drinks, kicked back chillin like royalty while the young workers ran the place all around them. Negative number 5...the salads look nothing like the pictures on the website. Mostly just greens with small amount of other ingredients mixed in. Got the no prob cob and they forgot the bacon.
